In Summer Seasons people faces so much issues because of the hot environment and it becomes difficult for people to go out during summer days and we all know that every year the heat is increasing a lot and increase in heat causes many health problems like Heat exhaustion, Heatstroke, Heart Attack, Stroke, Kidney Problems, and Asthma problem and the other respiratory illnesses so it is necessary for all of us to take measures to protect our heath from Dehydration.

Here are some of the ways to prevent dehydration in the Summer
1. Eat water rich food items
In the Summer season we can eat the food items ( fruits, vegetables etc. ) that contains a lot of food amount and these kind of food also good for better digestion and Stomach friendly and these food items gives enough energy to do work. You can eat fruits and Vegetables like watermelon, strawberries, grapefruits, peaches, cantaloupe, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. Fruits are much better for the Summer Seasons.
2. Wear light and Loose Clothing
In Summer days always wear light and loose clothes so that your body also feels comfortable and happy. You can wear light loose fitting clothes made of cotton or linen. Dark clothes absorbs more heat, and tight clothing prevents sweat from evaporating. So loose clothes also prevents from itching and from skin allergy. In the Summer Season you should avoid those clothes that absorbs heat in it and make you hot so for a better and comfortable feel always change your fashion sense acc. to Seasons.
3. Schedule activities and meditation
If you are following a proper schedule then you can perform certain activities like cycling, football and other games and meditation is also important because in summer season sometimes you can feel anger so it is normal is these hot days so you should do meditation so that you can keep cool from body as well as mind. If you are doing any kind of activity then your blood pressure would be optimal or normal and oxygen will dissolve in your blood in better way. so for the activities a proper schedule is needed.
4. Take drink Breaks
Especially in summer days we looses a lot of water by sweat and other activities so that is why water is necessary for your body and in these days men should drink at least 3.5 liters per day, and women should drink 2.7 liters. we can apply this habit to fulfill the demand of water in out body.
5. Protect from Sun and its harmful rays
On going outside the house we should wear hat so that eyes and face can protect from the harmful UV rays. A long sleeved shirt and long trouser made of tightly woven fabric provide the better protection from the sun and its rays and here are some of the ways….
- Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 15 !5-30 minutes before going outside and reapply every two hours. There is a need of reapply because when you sweat or swim sunscreen looses effectiveness and one more thing don’t forget to apply sunscreen to your ears, lips, and tops of your feet.
- Wear sunglasses that both UVA and UVB rays.
- Seek shade and avoid the sun between 10 AM and 4 PM, When the UV rays are most strongest outside.
- Avoid tanning beds.
- Protect children from the sun’s harmful rays effects, as UV exposures before the age of 18 can increase the risk of skin cancer.
6. Use a hydration tracker
Here is a way by which you can measure your health as well as you can set reminders on your phone or you can use a hydration tracking app to stay hydrated.
7. Check your Urine
Here is another way to check your body digestion and the dehydration status of your body. Pale yellow urine usually indicates adequate hydration, while dark urine may be a sign of dehydration.
